The Inn on Turner, formerly The Old Seaport Inn, is one of Beaufort's oldest and longest running bed and breakfasts.
The Inn is located in the Historic District of downtown Beaufort, two blocks from the waterfront. It is an easy walk from the Historic Site, the Old Burial Grounds, the Maritime Museum, great restaurants, and the boardwalk where you can get a ferry to Carrot Island, Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout.
The Inn has recently been redone in modern decor with a European flair, and features three guest rooms each with private a bath, and three sitting rooms. The two porches looking out over the magnificent old live oaks of Courthouse Square make great places for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Enjoy a complimentary beverage and appetizer upon arrival, and have a complimentary custom breakfast made with local farm-to-table ingredients the next morning!
Innkeepers Kim Bell and Jonathan Haas will do all they can to make sure your needs are met. They have free bicycles you may use to tour the area, and they are working with local vendors to provide custom tourist packages that can include paddle boarding, SCUBA diving, yoga classes, and/or trips to our local banks islands for shelling.
